SHREE HOLIDAYS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
- The cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the end service providers and they have initiated the process of booking and also the services fall under cancellation deadline.
- SHREE HOLIDAYS does not accept cancellation requests for services that has been utilised or for no show.
- In case of any discrepancies, please notify us in writing within Seven (7) days upon receiving this invoice.
- No claims will be entertained after 03 working days from the delivery of the service/s. 3.
- Visa fee and service fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.
- In case of any refund, the amount will be refunded or a credit note will be issued, as per the final discretion of the Airline / Hotel / Supplier.
